I absolutely love your stuff. I'm showing my ignorance here, but I don't really know how to use the textures. If I put it in my textures file in psp9, it loses all the beautiful color, obviously. Do you just make these for people to use the actual image?

You know, I really have no idea how to answer this so that it would make sense. :P (I'm a dork, I know.)

Textures serve a lot of purposes.

- It can add color to something you are creating. (Place as a new layer over your graphic and change the blend mode in your layer pallet.)

- It can add interest to your image by using little pieces of it in your graphic. (Place as a new layer and mask the layer until you have it like you want.)

- It can be used as a backdrop to your image/banner/layout. I think this is where my textures come into play. I mean you can use it for the other two purposes but the biggest thing I've seen others use it for is a backdrop to their banner/image/wallpaper.

No, don't place them into your psp texture file. Those serve a completely different purpose. :) Instead, use them as a new layer in whatever it is you are working on and move it around, turn it, flip it, desaturate it, ect, until it meets your needs.

I searched a little to see if I could find something that would explain it adequately but could not find a thing. Instead, I'll give you a few links to tutorials that if anything will at least give you an idea of how they can be used. :)

I hope this helps you out!
